Yes, Travel costs do occur.
Will there be a second shooter?
If desired, yes. At an extra cost.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes, at $350 an hour.
What kind of gear do you use?
All Canon gear.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No; you will have full control of your images. But of course if you'd like to we can approach that decision at the time.
